Check The Printer Light Status

Here are the light indicators that will denote what problem the printer is going through. Whenever an error occurs on the Epson L360 printer, the light will turn on or blink rapidly.

Ink Light is On: The ink charging process is not complete, thus resulting in the problem. This will cause the printer not to print further.


  • Open the ink access door on the right side of the Epson printer.
  • See if the ink is full. If it appears to be empty, refill the ink tank.
  • Open the ink bottle from the sealed packaging, then invert the bottle into the ink tank by touching the nozzle.
  • Check the ink level in the indicator, remove the ink bottle from the ink tank nozzle, and close the cap.
  • Repeat the same set of steps for the other ink tanks if they appear to be empty.

Paper Light is On: The paper is not loaded in the printer.


  • Open the paper input tray at the rear of the Epson L360 printer.
  • Adjust or move the paper guides to the side.
  • Place a stack of paper (do not load many) and adjust the paper guides accordingly.
  • Press the Monochrome button or the Color button on the printer control panel.

Paper Light is Blinking: Paper jam has occurred.


Paper Jam Inside The Printer

  • Open the front cover of the printer.
  • Remove the curled/jammed paper from the inside.
  • While removing the jammed paper, make sure not to touch the roller inside.
  • Close the front cover once the jammed paper is removed.

Paper Jam In The Input Tray (Rear Paper Feed)

  • Remove the paper stack from the paper input tray.
  • Locate and remove the jammed paper from the tray and also make sure to remove the pieces of torn paper.

Finally, the Epson L3150 printer is connected to the Wi-Fi network successfully.

Reset The Printer

The best way to resolve the Epson L360 printer when it is not printing is to do a simple reset.

  • Make sure the printer is turned on.
  • Remove the power cord from the Epson printer and the main power source.
  • Wait for at least 3-5 minutes.
  • Connect the power cord back to the power source and the printer.
  • If the printer does not turn on automatically, press the Power button.

Check The Hardware Setup

  • See to it that the Epson L360 printer is connected to a working power source.
  • Make sure the printer is getting a proper power supply.
  • Wait for some time and try again if you are facing a power failure.
  • Ensure that the interface cable that is connected between the printer and the computer is secure. If you find any damage to the USB cable, replace it immediately.
